Description

Meet the makers and the milkers, explore the craft of cheese making, sample and buy lots of local cheese!

Come to the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina on April 23rd, 2017 and join us on the grounds of Highland Brewing Co (rain or shine) to celebrate southern cheese and support the WNC Cheese Trail. Explore the process from the field and farm to the dinner plate. Learn about the past, present, and future of this ancient craft. We'll have a wide variety of family-fun activities, vendors from across the industry, demos, discussions and more!

Visit our website to learn more about all that'll be happening during the festival: www.mountaincheesefest.com.

Tickets proceeds benefit the WNC Cheese Trail and are non-refundable. We hope you'll still be willing to join us despite any inclement weather. If not, we assure you that WNC cheese makers value your contribution as an important way to support small artisanal businesses and help keep the local dairy industry alive and well.

Online ticket sales end at noon on Saturday April 22. Remaining tickets will be sold at the door for $20 (plus cc fee).

Purchase entrance tickets here as well as tickets for tasting and judging events being held at the festival. Ticket proceeds benefit the WNC Cheese Trail and are non-refundable.

Please note that pets are not allowed at the festival. Thanks!
